Heavy Equipment Inventory

CNC Plasma Cutting Table

Messner 10' x 20' multi-head plasma cutter. Capable of high-precision oxy-fuel cutting up to 3" plate, and high-def plasma up to 1.5" carbon steel with +/-0.015" tolerance.

CNC Press Brake

Accurpress 250-Ton CNC Press Brake. Full electronic multi-axis back gauging. Handles metal sheets and structural profiles up to 12 feet long for precision bends.

Heavy-Duty Plate Rolls

Bertsch 4-Roll Plate Bending Machine. Capable of rolling cylinders, cones, and pipe sections out of steel plates up to 3/4" thick and 8' wide.

Multi-Process Welders

15 Miller and Lincoln MIG/TIG stations. Complete setup for pulsed GMAW, GTAW on alloys, and heavy duty FCAW flux welding with water-cooled torches.

120-Ton Ironworker

Piranha hydraulic ironworker. Dual-operator station for high-speed hole punching, bar shearing, angle cropping, and heavy plate notching.

Mobile Rig Fleet

3 heavy-duty 4x4 mobile service rigs. Fully outfitted with Miller Trailblazer 325 diesel generator welders, torches, air compressors, and rigging tools.
